Our site's registration form is used exclusively for the purpose of providing you with requested information, services and products. Your personal information (email address, telephone number, address, etc.) is used to send your orders and information about our company to you.
We collect no personal information on consumers who browse our Web pages. We use security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system.

Shipping:
Our Shipping fee costs are calculated automatically. The average fee will run between $6-$12 depending on the service chosen. All jewelry shipments are insured.

Unless otherwise notified, your jewelry order will be delivered within 5 -10 days from the time your order is processed. We use UPS, Federal Express and the United States Post office as our main postal carriers. Certain items may include a handling charge depending on size, weight and location of shipping address.

No shipments can be made to P.O. boxes.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

We ship internationally, but orders for shipment outside the United States may be subject to higher shipping rates, and applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. You will be notified via email or telephone regarding any additional charge.

Returns:
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 21 days of the shipment date.

The product must be returned to us in its original condition, with the original sales slip.

Before sending back your return, please contact us at info@StudioSabra.com, please specify your order confirmation number in the subject line, or call us at 866-400–0836.

All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. We ask that you include a phone number and a return address with all returned merchandise.

When sending in your product please include the following:
• Your name
• Your return address, phone number and e-mail address
• Original invoice number
• Detailed description of the problem

You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. (Excluding Shipping & Handling costs).
